Receiving a card is a precious treat that can change your day and one can speculate your life! Do you remember the days as a kid you use to run to the mail box to see if you got a letter or a card in the post? When you saw your name on the front of an envelope – oh what a joy! It was like Christmas all at once!
I would like to bring that childlike excitement to the inspiring women I have been journeying with in my community bible study. These ladies show deep dedication to each other and their actions are full of care to many people in the Manly community.
These beautiful cards are feminine, creative and unique, much like the lovely chickadees. I would love the opportunity to encourage them and say thank you to these incredible friends!
I would like to start writing to the people in my life who don’t use Facebook or Twitter, where all the photos of my children are posted. I want to start encouraging the ones for whom it’s no longer a reality to receive handwritten mail, yet who are still in my heart.
